Dragonscage Awards
Please put your hands together and rise to the occasion better known as ‘Dragonscage Awards’. Send in your nominees now to Amin or forever live in regret knowing that your single vote could very well altered the ego of an otherwise sane fella.
Voting will stretch all the way until the end of this week, where a panel of trustworthy counters, comprising of Amin and possibly Sidek, will place the victors onto their pedestals, of which they could even possibly take stage.
But if you’ve missed the last few sessions, here’s a recap:
1. THEN YOU’VE ALMOST MISSED THE DRAGONSCAGE AWARDS
2. YOU HAVE NO IDEA OF THE HANDBALL GIRLS
3. WE HAVE A NEW SIZE 5 BALL WHICH STRANGELY RESEMBLES A SIZE 4
4. AND LASTLY, THE VENDING MACHINE IS SPOILT.
So there you have it, more updates till more updates later. Cheers.
8th July
Again our domain was invaded by the handball girls. SO, being the gentlemen that we were, we decided to move on and head over to NTU SRC’s courts.
It felt different indeed. The court was bigger and somehow the usual searing sun felt hotter. The tenacity and close spaces of Dragons’ Cage was sorely missed – and even our waterspot and rest area too.
Today marked the final day for a few of our friends as they prepare for the impending call-up for NS. DC wishes all the best to them. Most of us have already gone through it and we know what its like, right?
Till next week, where we’ll be crossing our fingers to book the courts first, cya again!
Handball!
1
st July marked a day of surprises for us. 1
st there was the congregation of sweaty, pointy-haired girls running around in really short shorts playing a game of handball in our domain. Then there was the return of Zaki, who finished the day limping off his left foot, yet again.
Ohkaaaay, so maybe there weren’t that many surprises, but the handball event certainly caught the DCers unaware and unprepared. We made do witht he basketball courts and, unable to whet the appetite of almost 30 over DCers, finally invading the hockey pitch for a 15 a side game, or was it 18, before gaining back our pride and domain when the handball gals left the cage.
DCF or Dragonscage Funds collected $0.00 today but no fear, as we still have about $30++ which Bob gonna get a couple of gloves for the goalkeepers. Talking bout goalkeepers, A’ad (is this correct spelling?) had a body battering outing today! Magnificient! Till next week!
