Never in recent memory has Dragonscage been postponed like it was last Sunday, due to various commitments. Indeed a week’s rest may be just the right recipe for the players to come back roaring again this weekend.

But sad to say, yet again the measurement for the shirt sizes will be delayed and, thus, its production too. For the uninitiated, the shirt will come in 2 form - A white long-sleeved zip colored dri-fit jersey or a dark blue short-sleeved button colored dri-fit polo-tee.

If current orders are anything to go by, the Short Sleeved polo tee seems to be the ‘hot’ choice among these fit athletes.

Again, I implore interested parties of the jerseys to save at least $22 for payment per shirt. Currently I have 17 orders and if we can hit 25, I’ll be able to press for further price reduction. Pictures of the shirt will be up soon.

Meanwhile, oil those gears cos you don’t want ‘em loose this weekend!

Come this Sunday, I will be bringing down a few shirts for testing and also parade our “Jerseys”. Pls come down and try for sizes if you wish to get your jerseys. I’ll reannounce:

Bob! The Builder! Yep, Bob’s our player of the year! Here is the snapshot of him receiving the awards (in case you’re still wondering who Bob is – and picture quality is inherent from Dol’s N73. Buy Samsung phones people!).

In fairness, DC would have loved to award an ipod video to Bob but due to limited funds, we chose a Banner instead. What better than a Banner that you can hang for every game or at the corner of your room, to remind you of your opportunity to gloat of this award.

Okay, so the golden boot award didn’t actually go as planned last Sunday but we’ll try to keep account of goalscorers this coming session, i.e National Day, 9^th August.

N yes, there is a session this coming Thursday @ 9am so pls be around.

Also, with just 1 person left to vote for DC Awards, the results could very well be announced and the victors anointed this week. Cross your fingers. Remember, your votes are secret (actually known only to Amin as he’s the one tallying so buy him gifts if you must~).

The DC Jerseys also didn’t arrive as planned so there wasn’t any sample around for exhibition. The supplier have been contacted and due to slight delay, Thursday is also a possible date for the unveiling.

Last but not least, congrats to Man Utd for being really lucky in the penalty shoot-out against Chelsea. If only Chelsea had their first 11 playing…
